  1. COORDINATE DO’s AND DON’T’s… the only Cartesian form used in the Kerr system is ‘z’, and on it we can hang this relationship. Kerr redefines ‘theta’ as: cos(theta_K) = z/r, this being Kerr’s ‘r’ !!!
    We may equate z’s: rcos(theta_K) = R cos (theta_C), if we need to. I don’t. If you do, please don’t waste my time here !!
